Are you the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? Our client in the education sector is looking for a Receptionist who is more than just a gatekeeper—they are the face and voice of the campus.

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and faculty, ensuring the day-to-day operations run like a well-oiled machine.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Create a Welcome: Greet visitors and students with warmth, directing them to the right departments.
• The Communication Hub: Manage a busy switchboard, screening and forwarding calls with a professional touch.
• Safety First: Maintain campus security by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.
• Operational Excellence: Keep the front-of-house pristine, manage mail distribution, and provide accurate info across phone and email.

What you bring to the team:

• Previous experience in a Reception or Front-of-House role.
• A "can-do" attitude—you’re resourceful and proactive when things get busy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for juggling priorities
• The Essentials: Highly preferred if you already hold an NPC, WWCC, and RHAN clearances.
